When you contact us (e.g. via contact form, email, telephone, SMS, Signal, Threema, WhatsApp or social media such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Zoom), your details will be processed for the purpose of handling your contact request in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (so-called pre-contractual measure).

We delete the requests if they are no longer necessary. We review this necessity every two years. Furthermore, the statutory archiving obligations apply.

Usage data & log files / log data

Die USA gelten nach aktueller Rechtslage als unsicheres Drittland mit unzureichendem Datenschutzniveau. Zurzeit liegt kein Angemessenheitsbeschluss gem. Art. 45 DSGVO vor.
