My story
My name is Tan and my personal story begins in the heart of Switzerland. More precisely, at Lake Lucerne and at the foot of a beautiful majestic mountain, the Rigi, the Queen of the Mountains. Mountains in general, but this mountain in particular, mean a lot to me. It not only gives me a feeling of home, but also of peace, stability and security.
I love the power of the mountains
Even as a little girl, I developed a very close connection to this mountain. During the summer months, I hiked up the Rigi with my parents almost every Sunday. As a child, it was more of a must, which later when I got older, turned into I really want to go. Even today, I am regularly drawn to the heights to get some exercise, clear my head, gain new perspectives, find peace and serenity and recharge my batteries.
These moments in the mountains are particularly important for my mental health.

Nature and the mountains as my place of strength
The mountains helped me in both good and difficult times, and this is still the case today. Especially during my youth, which was marked by a number of low blows and challenges that repeatedly shook my mental and physical health. In nature and in the mountains, I found the strength and support I needed to overcome these and find new solutions.
However, it was not only the mountains and nature that helped me to overcome these lows, but also mental training. In various training and further education courses, I not only learned about many helpful tools, but also about myself. Meditations, visualizations, positive affirmations, etc., helped me to deal better with stressful situations, become more resilient and find my inner balance. My fatigue levels decreased and my mental health also improved. I still use these tools every day and spend a lot of time in nature as a balance.
My being
I am a person who loves nature, creativity, humor and versatility and who cares about people’s well-being.
Psychological topics, people and their stories have interested and fascinated me since my youth. Perhaps this is also due to the fact that I have been given an eventful and profound life with many challenges. I was allowed to grow from this and I still do today. This fills me with gratitude and helps me as a mental coach to put myself in people’s shoes and understand them. I am happy to pass on my life experience to people.
